Apologies everyone, I've just had it pointed out to me that in my below email I referred twice to RAVENSWOOD school as the venue tomorrow - this is a mistake I keep making as that is the school my son attends (and where the Workshop is being held this year).  It should of course read RAVENSBOURNE school.  Yet another senior moment I'm afraid.

There is yet another new Caretaker at Ravenswood who I have this morning managed to speak to.  At previous BSO concerts (with compliance from past helpful Caretakers) a couple of us along with David Elvin have sneaked in four-five hours earlier than the booked time to get the bulk of the work done and out of the way.  Tomorrow, however, the earliest any of us can get into Ravenswood School will be 13.00 - which is when we actually have it booked from. 
 
Expecting to get in early as usual I did not get a list of names of Members prepared to help with the setting-up at 13.00, so if any of you are able to help with the setting up of the staging, chairs, dining hall etc. at that time, please indicate here by return email and see you there at 13.00.
