Dear All

As per last season, we will continue with a rota for rehearsal refreshment helpers.  There is no setting up involved for helpers on the list as Mary buys and brings all the supplies then sets everything up before the rehearsal begins.  Helpers are simply required to make then serve teas and coffees during the break and oversee the payment.  No clearing-up is necessary - unless anyone wishes to help Mary at the end of the evening - which I’m sure she’d appreciate!

I have attached the rota for the seven rehearsals leading up to the concert on 13^th November (the rehearsal on Monday 8^th November is at Ravensbourne School, hence no helpers required) and I will produce a new rota for the rehearsals for each of the following three concerts starting again on 15^th November taken (alphabetically) from the list below:

If I have included in the above list anyone who is no longer in the Orchestra; please let me know.  Likewise, if I have not included someone – a new member for example, again, please let me know.  When it comes to your turn to help but you know that you will not be attending that night, please arrange your own replacement.
